What should I order for dinner?

When you RSVP, you can choose between the following main courses, with the option to request that it be made dairy-free. Items marked with GF are gluten-free:

Seared Ribeye with bourbon peppercorn sauce, and side mashed potato - GF
Salmon En Croute (salmon wrapped in puff pastry filled with creme fraiche), and asparagus spears with cilantro-lime infused basmati rice.
Stuffed Chicken Supreme with brie, basil, and sun-dried tomato with side gratin (yam, Yukon potato, leak, and sage) - GF
Moroccan Lentil Balls in a roasted red pepper sauce on a bed of lemon infused. pearl couscous - Vegan

The couple especially enjoyed the Stuffed Chicken Supreme.

When do I need to RSVP by?

The couple must receive your RSVP no later than May 1st 2025. An RSVP after this date may result in you not being able to attend, as numbers will be locked in with the venue.

Accommodations, transportation, and parking?
The couple has reserved a block for their guests at the Sheraton Hamilton Hotel. Guests will be responsible for their own transportation - the hotel is a 4-minute drive and a 10-minute walk from the venue. How to book and more details for other options can be found within the 'Where to Stay' tab.

Photography

We kindly ask that you turn off and put away all phones and cameras during our ceremony. We’ve hired professional photographers to capture this special moment, and we want everyone to be fully present with us—without screens in the way or distractions.

After the ceremony, feel free to take all the photos and videos your heart desires!

Can I bring my child/children?

We love your little ones as much as we love you. However, we kindly request a child-free wedding day. Thank you for understanding!

Where is the reception?

All wedding events will be happening in one place at The Spice Factory, 121 Hughson St. N, Hamilton, ON L8R 1G7. Guests are required to arrive by 4:00pm. Please see 'Home' for more itinerary details.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes! The venue has accessibility. There is a ramp to enter the building and an elevator for navigating between floors.

What should I wear on the special day?

The dress code is cocktail attire or above. The couple loves expression through fashion, and embracing bold colours, unique shapes, and fun textures. They want to encourage and support everyone in wearing something that they feel absolutely stunning and fabulous in!

Is there an after-party?

If you would like to continue your night past 12:30am the couple invite you to join them at Henry's on James.
